Followly is built for people who rely on Gmail to move important conversations forward. That means trust matters.
1. Minimum necessary access
Followly is designed to request only the permissions needed to provide its core features.
Those features may include:
- tracking whether a conversation has received a reply
- showing follow-up status badges inside Gmail
- helping manage scheduled or delayed follow-ups
- keeping follow-up status visible where you already work
2. No password access
Followly does not ask for your Gmail password.
If Google permissions are required, access is handled through Google's standard authorization flow. You can revoke access from your Google Account settings.
3. No selling inbox data
Followly does not sell Gmail data.
Followly does not use inbox content for advertising.
4. Early access
Followly is currently in early access. Some features may change as the product develops.
We will keep permissions and data use as limited and transparent as possible.
5. Responsible development
As Followly grows, we plan to continue improving:
- permission transparency
- data handling practices
- reliability
- user controls
- documentation
6. Report a concern
