Followly is currently in early access. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us.
1. Information we collect
When you join the early access list, we may collect:
- your email address
- the page where you signed up
- basic browser information such as user agent
- campaign information such as UTM source, medium, and campaign if present
When the Followly Chrome extension is available, it may request the minimum Gmail permissions needed to power follow-up tracking, inbox status badges, scheduled actions, and related product features.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- manage the early access list
- contact you about Followly
- improve the product experience
- understand where early users are coming from
- provide and maintain Followly features once available
3. Gmail data
Followly is designed to work inside Gmail. We do not sell Gmail data. We do not use inbox content for advertising.
When Gmail permissions are required, Followly will use only the access needed to provide the product features, such as detecting replies, showing follow-up status, and managing scheduled or tracked follow-ups.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may use trusted service providers to operate the product, host the website, process early access signups, or send product emails. These providers are used only to support Followly.
5. Data retention
We keep early access signup information for as long as needed to manage the waitlist and communicate about Followly.
You can request deletion of your email from the waitlist at any time.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to:
- remove your email from the waitlist
- stop contacting you
- delete information associated with your early access signup
